The Quiet Geometry

The Quiet Geometry was a focused presentation of works on paper and small canvases that took the formal structures of Vietnamese painting — the courtyard, the panel, the silk roll — as their organising principle.

Hung in long sequences across the gallery's main room, the works invited a slower kind of looking, one attuned to repetition, to subtle variation, and to the persistence of form across generations.
